City Man Charged with Statutory Rape

Police allege he just had sex with a 15-year-old in his car while parked in a city parking garage.

Travis Mann, 19, of 2 C St., Nashua, was charged with four counts of felonious sexual assault/statutory rape after police arrested him following a sexual encounter inside the Elm Street city parking garage with a 15-year-old girl.

On Sept. 17 members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniformed Operations Bureau arrested Mann following a vehicle stop at a local parking garage. Police determined Mann and his 15-year-old passenger that the two had just engaged in sexual relations.

The Police Department’s Youth Services Division was notified and furthered the investigation. It was determined that Mann had been sexually active with the juvenile victim earlier this month on several other occasions as well, police said.
