2024 Demand Response Survey

Take the 2024 Demand Response Survey to help NTS better understand your transportation needs! This survey will take approximately five minutes to complete and is available online or on paper. Digital surveys can be taken using the links below and paper surveys are available on board Demand Response vans or for printing. The survey will be active until August 31st, but we ask that those filling out a paper survey return it by Friday, August 30. Please fill out only one survey!

NOTE: This survey is for Paratransit and Demand Response passengers ONLY.
