NTS Passenger Survey (2023)

Take the NTS Passenger Survey! Your responses help NTS learn more about its passenger base and ridership needs. The NTS Passenger Survey will be available from December 1 to December 31, 2023. You can take the survey either electronically or on paper; see more information below:

Electronic Surveys:

Paper Surveys:

• Paper surveys are available at the NTS Transit Center. Once you have completed the survey, please return it to the ticket window or put it in a survey bag that is located at the front of any NTS fixed route bus.
• Additionally, passengers can print a copy of the survey here to fill out at home. Please remember to return your completed survey to the NTS Transit Center ticket window or a survey collection bag before December 31, 2023.
