Permits in City Rights-of-Way will be closing on November 17, 2023

After November 17, 2023, the Engineering Department will no longer be issuing Street Opening Permits for construction in City Rights-of-Way. With winter weather approaching, requests for permits will be reviewed and approved only in unique situations where deemed necessary by the City. Issuing of permits will resume on or about April, 2024 pending suitable weather conditions
