This workshop will help you cultivate your unique creativity. There will be a combination of guided and free movement to help you be mindful, and dance true to yourself. With regular practice, the creativity and spontaneity that you cultivate via movement can carry over to your every day life and relationships. This enhances your communication, resilience and even productivity. This is a one-time, introductory workshop, which will include information on the science and research behind building creativity through dance, along with experiential activities.
