Begin Family Farm Opens New Pumpkin Patch for Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Picking

Begin Family Farm in Hollis, NH is known for their organically-grown, seasonal produce. Their farm stand is stocked July - October with their own freshly-harvested fruits and vegetables that follow the natural New Hampshire growing season. 

This year, there is a new addition to the farm: A chemical-free pumpkin patch where you are invited to grab some clippers and hunt out the very best one. Pumpkin picking the way it used to be! Adults and children alike will see how the pumpkins grew and travel around the stretched out vines to find all sorts of pumpkins to choose from. There are orange, green and white jack-o-lantern pumpkins and traditional pie pumpkins for baking.

Regardless of which one you choose, you can feel good about walking around in the no-spray field and roasting up the yummy seeds inside.

The Pick-Your-Own Pumpkin Patch is open every Saturday, 10a-4pm until Halloween on the farm at 105 Witches Spring Road in Hollis, NH.
