Police: Sex Offender Failed to Register After Move
John Boisvert, formerly of Center Harbor, failed to notify Nashua Police he had taken up residency in the city.

John Boisvert, 34, of 20 Overlook Drive, Center Harbor, was arrested Sept. 28 on a warrant for failing to update his change of location, to Nashua. Boisvert is registered Tier II sex offender required to report bi-annually to the local law enforcement agency wherever he's living.
Boisvert failed to report his new residence to the Nashua Police Department, as required. He was charged with Change of Required Information, Duty to Inform, a class A felony.
A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Boisvert was released on $2,000 cash/surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
