Cynthia McNickle named CFO for YMCA of Greater Nashua

Will oversee and manage all financial matters, investments and information systems

YMCA OF GREATER NASHUA NAMES CYNTHIA MCNICKLE AS ITS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mike LaChance, CEO for the YMCA of Greater Nashua, announced that Cynthia McNickle, CPA, MBA, has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the local organization which includes the Nashua, Merrimack, and Westwood Park Y facilities as well as its summer day camp facility, YMCA Camp Sargent.

In this position, Ms. McNickle will oversee and manage all financial matters, investments and information systems including giving direction and leadership for YMCA business operations and strategic initiatives. As a member of the Executive Staff, the CFO will work closely with the Board of Directors and serve as the staff liaison to the Finance, Audit and Investment Committees.

“Cindy brings a wealth of experience in accounting and financial management,” stated LaChance. “Her extensive background will certainly strengthen our Y.”

Prior to joining the Y, Ms. McNickle served as Finance Director for the Hudson (NH) School District and held a variety of senior level finance and accounting positions in the high tech industry and for defense contractors. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Connecticut.
