We tell you this today because we've done the math, and if you get started within the next week, you will have just enough time to get your licks in at all 32 ice cream stops, at a rate of one per day, before summer officially ends on September 22.

Even the lactose intolerant among us will find something to love about New Hampshire's dairy farming industry, even if it's just news you can use. The comprehensive website also brings us a map of NH cheesemakers, some common dairy facts and myths, and winning recipes from the annual NH's Own Macaroni & Cheese Bake Off.
