Deported Felon Arrested by State Police
Kwaku Nsiah, 47, of Worcester, Mass., is now in the custody of federal officials.

State police on Thursday arrested a deported felon on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.
Kwaku Nsiah, 47, of Worcester, Mass., was arrested at about 5 p.m. after his Volvo sedan became disabled on the highway and he pulled over on the shoulder. An officer came across the scene and Nsiah provided a fake Ghanaian identification card and gave a fake name, police said.
Police said a records check indicated Nsiah was a deported felon. He was transferred to the custody of federal customs agents. Nsiah refused bail and was being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.
