Things are still not all set to move forward with the Green Meadows land development in Hudson, NH. In fact, the courts are still sorting out some of the rulings since it is not clear if some of the rulings were following the current laws or bylaws.
- There is an appeal regarding the BOS Sewer decision which has been accepted by the NH Supreme Court. There is no court date set at this time.
- December 1st is the Structuring Hearing for the CUP and Site Plan combined complaints.
