Drug Sweep Nets 8 Arrests for Heroin, Pot, Oxy, Cocaine
Four of the eight, arrested by the city's POP unit, face charges for second-time drug arrests.
Over the past week members of the Nashua Police Department Uniform Operations Bureau and Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested several suspects after separate investigations identified them as being involved in the sale and possession of narcotic drugs. The investigations were conducted by detectives of the Narcotics Intelligence Division over several months. Arrested were:
- Robert House, 20, of 77 Spit Brook Road, Apartment #253, Nashua, for one count of possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute, heroin, second offense, felony. House possessed a quantity of heroin in excess of five grams and had been previously convicted of a drug offense, resulting in this second offense charge. House was held on $100,000 cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on February 27th, 2013.
- Peter Crafts, 22, of 26 Dublin Street, Nashua, for two counts of possession of a narcotic drug, heroin, felonies. Crafts was held on $2,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on February 27th, 2013.
- Nicole Pelletier, 30, of 58 Kinsley Street, Apartment #1, Nashua, for unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, cocaine, second offense, felony and criminal liability to unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, cocaine, second offense, felony. Pelletier had previously been convicted of a drug offense, resulting in the second offense. Pelletier was held on $25,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on March 4, 2013.
- Dominick Montalvo, 18, of 52 Kinsley Street, Nashua, for one count of sale of a narcotic drug, oxycodone hydrochloride, felony; and one count of possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, misdemeanor. Montalvo was held on $50,000 cash or surety and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on March 1, 2013.
- Nicholas Pavlas, 19, of 8B Fulton Street, Nashua, for one count of sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, felony. Pavlas was held on $25,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on March 1, 2013.
- Angel Sostre, 49, of 53 Kinsley Street, Apartment #2, Nashua, for three counts of sale of a narcotic drug, cocaine, felonies; and one count of sale of a narcotic drug, oxycodone hydrochloride, felony. Sostre was held on $75,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on February 22nd, 2013.
- William Holden, 30, of 7B Ridge Street, Nashua, for one count of sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, second offense, felony; and one count of resisting arrest, misdemeanor. Holden had been previously convicted of a drug offense, resulting in the second offense. Holden was held on $5,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on February 27th, 2013.
- Konti Branch, 31, of 59B Worcester Street, Nashua, for one count of sale of a narcotic drug, heroin, second offense, felony. Branch was previously convicted of a drug offense, resulting in the second offense. Branch was held on $25,000 cash or surety bail and wad arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on February 22, 2013.
