DUI, Indecent Exposure, Resisting Arrest: Nashua Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police recently made over a half-dozen arrests for alleged crimes involving driving under the influence, public urination and resisting arrest. These and more were included in the latest Nashua police log. Suspects are presumed innocent.

Sunday, May 21

• Jens Morel-Serrata, 20, of Lawrence, was charged with public urination/defecation.
• Kiley Hardy, 23, of Pepperell, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI.
• Joseph Merlin, 31, of Nashua, was charged with indecent exposure.
• Nicholas Leite 24, of Nashua, was charged with resisting arrest.
• Kevin Mathison, 43, of Nashua, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Monday, May 22

• Stephen Stuart, 43, of Nashua, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• John Kordas, 44, of Nashua, was charged with resisting arrest.
• Bartolomeo Natoli, 36, of Nashua, was charged with assault and criminal mischief.
