Employee Charged with Stealing from Cash Register
Nashua man faces felony charges for allegedly taking more than $1,500 from his employer.

Ryan Aloise, 21, of 126 Vine St., Nashua was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking (Consolidation), a Class A Felony, and two counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking, a Class A Misdemeanor.
At about 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 21 Nashua Police received a call for a theft at an area business. Officers responded and spoke with the business owner, who said there had been several thefts of cash from cash registers over the past several months. Aloise was identified as a suspect and was arrested by police.
As a result of further investigation, Aloise was charged with a Class A Felony Theft By Unauthorized Taking. This offense is listed as a Class A Felony because Aloise allegedly stole in excess of $1,500 in total throughout the course of these incidents. Aloise was also charged with two counts of Class A Misdemeanor Theft By Unauthorized Taking for allegedly stealing money from other employee’s belongings on two separate occasions.

Police declined to name the business.
A Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A Class A Misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year in jail, exclusive of fines. Aloise was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at Nashua District Court on December 28, 2011.
