What is New Hampshire known for besides Live Free or Die? Our moose, of course!
You may have heard the rumors about a moose running down Main Street in Nashua last year, and those rumors are all true! But what’s goofier than a moose being spotted running down Main Street? A bunch of people chasing that moose down Main Street on opening day of moose hunting season!
So, come out and join us for the second-annual Mad Moose Mile as we again celebrate one of NH’s goofier traits while enjoying good company and great local microbrews at Martha’s Exchange. Prizes will be awarded to the craziest moose costumes (individual and team entries allowed), and to those who beat the moose across the finish line on Main Street (yes, this event actually involves running down Main Street and chasing a moose). The best part of it (besides the beer), is that proceeds go to the local Boys & Girls Club!
