5th Annual Nashua International Sculpture Symposium

The fifth annual Nashua International Sculpture Symposium, featuring artists from Egypt, France and Taiwan, will open with a reception on Sunday, May 20, at 3 p.m. at the Nashua Public Library. From May 20 to June 8, the sculptors will work at NIMCO in the Millyard District, creating works for public display in Nashua. An outdoor finale will be held at Bicentennial Park on Saturday, June 9, at 2 pm. Two events in May will benefit the symposium: Music Works: A Cabaret of Local Talent Friday, May 11, at 8 pm Nashua Country Club, 25 Fairway Street, Nashua $22; $25 at the door Iron Melt Workshop Saturday, May 19, at 1 pm NIMCO in the Millyard, 1 Pine St, Nashua. $35 To register for either of these events, send a check payable to "City Arts Nashua" to Nashua Sculpture Symposium, PO Box 1553, Nashua, NH 03061; or go to www.cityartsnashua.org/payment.
