Author Event: Following, Then Leaving, Mother Teresa

Mary Johnson will talk about her time as a sister of the Missionaries of Charity, which she joined in search of love, service, and an authentic life at age 19. For 20 years, she grappled with her faith, her sexuality, the politics of the order, and her complicated relationship with Mother Teresa before leaving the church and eventually settling in Nashua.
