MomFit is a fitness program designed to meet the needs of moms with small children. Moms have the unique opportunity to get in a great workout while keeping their child(ren) by their side.
MomFit is a 60 minute stroller-based fitness class that combines strength exercises with cardiovascular drills to help moms get fit and stay fit. Classes utilize yoga, Pilates and abdominal exercises for core strength, as well as CrossFit techniques for ultimate fitness.
Classes are designed to meet the needs of every fitness level and are appropriate for moms of children aged 6 weeks to 4 years.
