Fatal Crash in NH on St. Patrick's Day Night
A man from Roslindale, Mass. was killed in a crash in Errol. The driver from Foxborough, Mass. was charged with negligent homicide.

ERROL, NH — A Massachusetts man was killed in crash in Errol Thursday night, police said.
Stephen Bagley, 49, of Roslindale, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Route 16 in the "13-Mile Woods" region, police said.
Bagley was the passenger in a Ford F-250 truck driven by Michael Sheehan, 49, of Foxborough, Mass., police said. Sheehan veered off the road, crashing into several trees and rolling the truck before it came to rest on its passenger side, police said.

Sheehan was seriously hurt in the crash, which happened at about 8:30 p.m.
He was arrested at Androscoggin Valley Hospital and charged with negligent homicide. He was released on $10,000 bail and transported to a Boston-area hospital because of the severity of his injuries, police said. They added it appeared "alcohol may have been a factor in this crash."
