Five Arrested in Gang, Prostitution Sweep
Police said more arrests were expected in an investigation into drug, gang and prostitution-related activity.
The Nashua Police Department Narcotics Intelligence Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Safe Streets Gang Task Force executed simultaneous arrest and search warrants throughout Nashua yesterday. These arrests were the result of a joint investigation by both agencies targeting known alleged gang members and their associates who are involved in narcotic trafficking and prostitution. Arrested were:
Comilus Pope, 39 of 11 B Amory St., was charged with five counts of Unlawful Sale of a Narcotic Drug: Heroin and Cocaine. Pope was arraigned in the Nashua 9th Circuit District Division Court and is being held on $100,000 cash or surety bond.
Patrick Brinkley, 31, a North Carolina resident, was charged with four counts of Sale of a Narcotic Drug, Cocaine 2nd Offense. At the time of his arrest Brinkley also had active warrants in effect for his arrest in Massachusetts and North Carolina. Brinkley was arraigned in the Nashua 9th Circuit District Division Court and is being held on $100,000 cash only bail.

Trevis Jones, 43, of 11 B Amory St. in Nashua, who is currently on Parole, was charged with Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Cocaine and Parole Violation. At the time of his arrest it was discovered that Jones is a sex offender who had failed to register as required by law. Jones was additionally charged with a second felony of Duty to Report. A Duty to report felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment exclusive of fines. Jones was arraigned in the Nashua 9th Circuit District Division Court and is being held on $5,000 cash or surety.
Kemi Josey, 32, of 11 B Amory St. in Nashua, who is currently on Parole, is charged with Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Cocaine and Parole Violation. Josey was arraigned in the Nashua 9th Circuit District Division Court and had a bail set at $5,000 cash or surety.

Francis Skinner, 46, of Nashua, was charged with Unlawful Sale of a Narcotic Drug, Cocaine, Second Offense. She was arraigned in the Nashua 9th Circuit District Division Court and is being held on $5,000 cash or surety.
Several more arrests are expected and further charges will be forthcoming.
