Fourth Arrest in November Daytime Burglary
Police got assist from resident in bold daytime burglary.
Jonathan Rivera, 21, of 15 Terrace Street, was arrested Dec. 19 in connection with a Nov. 19 burglary on Whitney Street in which three people entered a Whitney Street home and one of them struggled with a resident, who was home at the time, and was detained until police arrived.
Rivera was charged with Falsifying Physical Evidence, a class B Felony, for providing a location for the stolen property to be stored.
According to police this was the fourth arrest in connection with the Nov. 19 burglary, during which a television was allegedly stolen from the residence.

Already arrested: Ernie Roig, 23, of 42 Major Dr., Nashua; Michael Roig, 20, no fixed address; and Bryan Espinal, 21, of 97 Pine St., all arrested Nov. 19 following the burglary during which occupants of the residence managed to grab Ernie Roig and hold him until police arrived.
All three were charged with Burglary, a class A felony.

A class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Ernie Roig was held on $25,000 cash bail, Michael Roig was held on a $20,000 cash bail and Bryan Espinal was held on a $20,000 cash bail. All have since been arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
A class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Rivera was released on a $2,000 cash or surety bail pending an upcoming arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
