Get a Great Workout; Help to End Homelessness
Get In Shape For Women Nashua is sponsoring a fundraiser for the Ending Homelessness Fund of Harbor Homes.

You get a great workout with a personal trainer for $25, 100% of which gets donated to the Ending Homelessness fund. On top of that Get In Shape For Women Nashua will match your contribution for a total of $50. That contribution results in $200 to the Ending Homelessness Fund as a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant matches all donations 3 for 1 ! So your $25 contribution turns into $200 to the Ending Homelessness Fund and you get a great deal on a workout with a personal trainer ! Go to the Harbor Homes Fundraiser tab at www.smallgrouptrainingnashua.com and follow instructions. You can schedule your workout anytime between November 15 and December 15. Our goal is 100 women to sign up, generating a total donation of $5,000 to the fund and $20,000 including the triple matching HUD grant.
Harbor Homes is a non-profit organization established in 1980, whose mission is to create and provide quality residential and supportive services for individuals and families challenged by mental illness and/or homelessness. The Ending Homelessness Fund was initiated by private citizens who feel strongly about bringing about an end to homelessness within the Greater Nashua community. All proceeds from the Fund will be used to help chronically homeless individuals and families find the housing and supportive services they critically need in order to end the cycle of living without a stable home. The EHF has already housed 38 chronically homeless people, including a family of 5 and 8 veterans. The goal of the Fund is to raise $200,000 before December 31, 2014, as match money for a HUD grant. At this point, $115,000 has been raised since January of 2014. Go to http://harborhomes.org/ehf/ for more information.
