Group Music Classes for Kids - Master Musicians
The Nashua Community Music School is running a piano class for children called Master Musicians starting Tuesday, October 4th.
Is your child interested in playing piano? Have they always wanted to play but weren't quite sure where to start?
Master Musicians learn the basics of piano while writing their very own music! This custom curriculum pairs piano and theory skills with fun composition exercises and new music each week. Master Musicians provides an inspiring introduction for new students and exciting new songs and skills each term for returners. Ideal for students who have completed Mini Musicians.
By the end of the term, students will:

- have a basic understanding of introductory rhythms
- have a basic understanding of piano technique
- be able to improvise on black keys
- be able to express musical ideas in writing
- be able to compose simple melodies in one or two parts.
