Gunfire Erupts After Fight at Hudson Pizza Joint: Police

Gunfire erupted at a local pizza joint following an altercation between Terry Allen, of Hudson (pictured), and another man, police said.

HUDSON, NH — A Hudson man was arrested after shooting off his gun during an altercation early Sunday, police said.

Terry Allen, 35, was charged with reckless conduct and criminal threatening, both felonies.

Police said Allen and another man got into a fight at Capri Pizza on Derry Street. The fight spilled over into the parking lot, police said, and Allen proceeded to draw a handgun and fire three rounds in the air.

Police said they recovered the gun, a .40-caliber Smith and Wesson, in a nearby wooded area.

Allen was released and scheduled for a May 19 arraignment in Nashua Circuit Court.

Police did not identify the other man allegedly involved in the fight.
