Hillsborough Court Indicts Drug Dealer, Sexual Assaulter
Plus, Westford, MA, woman faces a slew of charges; woman allegedly steals money from Toyota of Nashua.

Kathryn Vitale, of Massasoit Road in Nashua, has been indicted on two felony counts of conspiracy; witness tampering. The former Alderman allegedly brought a witness to Nashua to meet with another person about recanting her statement concerning a crime she knew about. The crimes allegedly occurred on Nov. 27, 2013, and Feb. 19.
Denise Waddell, of Marquis Avenue in Nashua, was indicted on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge (consolidation). Between May 1, 2011, and March 30, 2014, she allegedly “exercised unauthorized control over approximately $215,049” from Toyota of Nashua “by altering the company’s books to disguise the money she was taking or other unauthorized means.”
Daniel White, of Prospect Street in Manchester, was indicted on four courts of felony sale of a controlled drug, second offense, and a single count of felony sale of a narcotic drug, second offense. White allegedly sold heroin, ecstasy and clonazepam in Merrimack on April 7, marijuana and ecstasy on April 15, in Merrimack. He was previously convicted of possession in 2012.

Elijah Williams, of Holman Street in Nashua, was indicted on two criminal mischief felony charges. The indictment alleges that Williams, with another man, on June 6, in Nashua, broke windows on multiples vehicles owned by other people, causing more than $1,500 wroth of damage.
Vanessa Wilson, of Bradford Street in Westford, MA, was indicted on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug, a felony possession of a controlled drug charge, possession of a prescription drug charge, disobeying an officer, and operating after a suspension. On June 7, while allegedly driving on Mammoth Road in Pelham with a suspended license in Massachusetts, Wilson was pulled over and allegedly provided a false name and date of birth to an officer. She was also allegedly in possession of cocaine, oxycodone, clonazepam, and tramadol.

Dawn Worcester, of Walter Mazza Drive in Temple, was indicted on a felony falsifying evidence charge. On May 23, reportedly knowing that there was an investigation by the New Hampshire State Police concerning sexual abuse allegations by Mark Worcester, she allegedly burned a letter by the abuse victim, containing information about the case.
Mark Worcester, of Josiah Lane in Temple, was indicted on six felony counts of pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of felony aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between Jan. 1, 2011, and May 7, he allegedly sexually assaulted a girl, at a home in Temple, who was 14 at the time.
