Home Invasion Suspect to Be Arraigned in Nashua

HUDSON, NH — A gun-wielding man burst into a Hudson home Tuesday, police said.

Matthew Felton, 36, of Somersworth, was arrested and charged with felony-level criminal threatening and burglary.

Police said he broke into a home on Woodcrest Drive at about 10:30 a.m., forcing the residents to flee. Officers arrived at the scene, set up a perimeter, entered the home, and took Felton into custody. The Southern New Hampshire Operations Unit, consisting of local law enforcement agencies, responding to the scene.
Felton refused bail and was scheduled for an arraignment Wednesday in Nashua.
