With Isaac bearing down on the Gulf Coast, it's a good time to pause and reflect on where you were when the lights went out.
Hurricane season is now, with Tropical Storm Isaac threatening the Gulf Coast and memories of the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, also on this date in history, seven years ago, still kind of fresh.
Although she started out with hurricane bluster, still packed a punch as she rumbled through Nashua. Residents sought help from one another, the Red Cross Shelter and the handful of local businesses that kept the lights on.
