Additionally, this time last year (Dec. 2012), Linear Retail also purchased two other Nashua properties: 285 Daniel Webster Highway (Chili’s restaurant) and Daniel Webster Shops, located at 219 Daniel Webster Highway – the nearly completed development with newly signed tenants: Noodles & Company restaurant and b.good restaurant.

Rick Rostoff commented, “This is the third property acquisition I have worked on with Linear Retail.  Linear identified this property as a target early in 2013 and we worked together to locate the property owner, make an aggressive offer and close the deal by year-end. I look forward to doing more deals with Linear in the near future.”

Aubrey Cannuscio, Partner of Acquisitions with Linear Retail commented, “304 Daniel Webster Highway is arguably the best retail site in southern New Hampshire. We continue to focus our efforts on acquiring many more retail properties of similar, high quality.”
