Looming for Breast Cancer Awareness

Christmas has come and gone, but it seems one particular gift is still giving.
Kiley  O'Brien of Broad Street School Nashua has mastered the art of looming in a few short months.
Listening to girls giggle as they sit and loom while they talk to each other on their I pad mini is not only infectious and heart warming , its seems to be the equivalence of a knitting party only online.
Looming is a new craze of bracelet making with rubber band materials
that come in all colors.
Kiley's Mom Tracy Avard and Grandmother Fran  Martin work in Mammography at Lowell General which led Kiley to create a special bracelet.
She discovered the pattern online and decided to create and sell theses bracelets to friends and family in order to raise money for breast cancer awareness.
There are so many ways to look at how positive this gift keeps giving when used to help others.
She sells the bracelets for 5$ of which 3.00$ is donated to breast cancer research. Kiley's goal is to raise 100$ for breast cancer research.
