What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
24 yrs. Maintaining and Improving an aging and at times neglected communications and electronics infrastructure at the MBTA with Fiber Optics Networks, Updated Radio Systems, Fare collection and Security Systems, along with the physical infrastructure and more.... while working in tunnel and Subterranean environments, with at times, subway train traffic. worked as a team to specify, engineer, budget, advocate and coordinate work, with a variety of personnel.
The best advice ever shared with me was:
"do the smart thing"
