Loud Party Leads to Resisting Arrest Charge

Merrimack Police arrest Cameron Garofalo of Nashua yesterday morning after a noise complaint call.

A local man with a previous arrest history was charged with resisting arrest yesterday morning at a local party, according to police.

Cameron Garofalo, 21, of Amherst Street in Nashua, was taken into protective custody after Merrimack Police were sent to a local residence for a noise complaint around 12:30 a.m. on May 25, 2015.

“While investigating the complaint one of the attendees became unruly and when he was being placed into protective custody he resisted detention by pulling away from an officer,” according Mptl. Stephen Wallin of the Merrimack Police Department.
