Man Allegedly Choked, Spat on Victim
Evan Grasso faces multiple several domestic assault charges.

A Nashua man faces multiple domestic violence charges after a 911 hang-up call led them to a Whitney Street residence where Evan Grasso, 31, was in the midst of a domestic dispute with a female compantion.
On June 24 just before midnight police say Grasso allegedly broke the victim's bedroom door and a vanity, and is also accused of head-butting and choking her before spitting in her face during a domestic dispute.
As a result, police placed Grasso in custody at the scene for domestic violence related offenses. After further investigation, detectives charged Grasso with: domestic violence second degree assault, a class B felony, two counts of domestic violence simple assault, class A misdemeanors; and two counts of domestic violence criminal mischief, class A misdemeanors.

A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines, and a class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Grasso was held at the Nashua Police Department on $7,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on June 25, 2012
