An officer saw a black Chevrolet pickup truck traveling south on Fisherville Road but wasn’t able to see the rear plate when it passed by. The vehicle was stopped and the officer could see the plate that appeared to have been spraypainted with black paint so it wasn’t visible, according to an arrest report. The officer told the driver – Pereze Fredette – why he was stopped and he reportedly stated that it was his boss’ truck.

“I asked him for his license and registration,” the officer reported. “He said, ‘I don’t have my license.’ I asked, ‘How do I know who you are?’ He responded, ‘My license is suspended.’”
