Man Arrested Again, One Day Out of Jail
Ryan Aloise allegedly was caught breaking into the apartment house where his alleged victim lives.

One day after his release from jail on domestic violence charges, a Nashua man was arrested again, after allegedly breaking into the victim's residence.
Ryan Aloise, 21, with a last known address of 126 Vine St., Nashua, is charged with Domestic Violence; Stalking, class A misdemeanor, one count of Burglary, class B felony and two counts of Attempt Burglary, class B felony.
On Feb. 8 at 10:10 a.m., police were called to 126 Vine St. for the report of a suspicious person who was seen attempting to break into one of the apartments.

Police discovered Aloise had just been released from jail on Feb. 7 on unrelated domestic violence charges. Officers learned that Aloise had current bail conditions from the previous charges prohibiting contact with the victim, who resides in the same building. Aloise was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence; Stalking, based on the violation of his bail conditions.
Further investigation led to additional charges against Aloise, including: two counts of Attempted Burglary and one count of Burglary, all class B felonies. The charges were in connection with Aloise attempting to break in to an apartment located within the building on two separate occasions and breaking into a separate apartment on another occasion.

A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Aloise is being held on $50,000 cash bail, pending his upcoming arraignment in Nashua District Court.
