Previously convicted of a similar crime in 2003, Michael Lawruk faces stiffer penalties if found guilty this time, police said.

A Nashua man was arrested Oct. 25 by Nashua Police at his residence following a months-long investigation into cocaine trafficking in the city.
Michael Lawruk, 53, of 16 Railroad Square, was arrested at about 5:15 a.m. and charged with four counts of Unlawful Sale of a Narcotic Drug, Cocaine, Second Offense, Felony.
Members of the Narcotics Intelligence Division conducted this investigation over several months and determined that Lawruk had been selling quantities of cocaine within the city. It was determined through Lawruk's criminal history that he had been previously convicted of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Sell and Sale of a Controlled Drug in New Hampshire in 2003.
