Man Arrested on Burglary, Theft Charges
Police said Jarrod Rossi turned himself in yesterday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Jarrod Rossi, 31, of 13 B East Pearl Street, was arrested Jan. 10, charged with Burglary, class B felony; and Theft by Unauthorized Taking, class A felony.
Police were called to a local convenience store on Dec. 20, 2011 for a reported burglary that occurred during the early morning hours. During the burglary, cash and assorted merchandise were taken from the store. Detectives furthered the investigation and developed Rossi as a suspect. An arrest warrant was issued for Rossi, charging him in connection with the burglary at the local business. On January 10, 2012, Rossi responded to the Nashua Police Department where he turned himself in on the arrest warrant.
A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Rossi refused bail and is being held at the Nashua Police Department pending his arraignment on January 11 in Nashua District Court.
