Man Charged After Bar Brawl
Police said Michael Murray smashed a bottle over another man's head.
Michael Murray, 28, of 342 Treble Cove Rd., Billerica, Mass., was arrested May 13 after allegedly hitting another man on over the head with a bottle during a dispute at Peddler's Daughter in Nashua.
Murray was arrested just after 1 a.m. by Nashua Police, charged with second degree assault, a class B felony.
The victim sustained a laceration to his head, police said.

A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Murray’s bail was set at $5,000 cash/surety and his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division has been set for May 14, 2012.
