Man Charged for Allegedly Forging Stolen Check
Robert Ryan was arrested Tuesday in connection with a November incident.

Robert Ryan, 30, of 17 Abbott St. #5, Nashua, was arrested July 3, charged with forgery, a class B felony, connected to a November 2011 incident.
On November 5, 2011 at approximately 8:20 a.m., the Nashua Police Department received a call for a forgery. Officers responded and made contact with the victim, who alleged that Ryan had forged one of the victim’s personal checks and cashed it without permission. Members of the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division furthered this incident and, based on their investigation, Ryan was charged with Forgery.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Ryan was held at the Nashua Police Department on $8,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment at 9th Circuit Court - Nashua District Division on July 5, 2011.
