Man Charged in October Assault at Downtown Bar
Jesus Figueroa was arrested on a warrant.

Jesus Figueroa, 37, was arrested Dec. 6 on a warrant charging him with an October assaut of a man at a downtown bar.
Police said on October 4, 2012, at approximately 10:11 p.m, police responded to the bar after an ambulance had been dispatched, initially, for a man who had fallen on the sidewalk.
Following an inverstigation, police determined that the man had been assaulted and sustained facial fractures as a result. Figueroa was identified as a suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Thursday he was arrested and charged with second degree assault, a class B felony, which is punishable by up to seven years in the New Hampshire State Prison, exclusive of fines. Figueroa was held on a $10,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on December 7th, 2012.
