Man Charged With Assault Following Bar Brawl

Kyle Bouley is accused of punching a man he didn't know, and breaking his jaw.

Kyle Bouley, 27, of 19 Bridge St., Apt. #D, Nashua, was arrested Jan 16, charged with second degree assault, a class B felony in connection with a Dec. 26 alleged assault in a downtown bar.

On December 26 Nashua police eceived a report from a man who said he had been assaulted by an unknown assailant while at a local bar/restaurant. As a result of this assault, the victim sustained a fractured jaw from being punched in the face.

Members of the Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation. As a result of the investigation, Kyle Bouley was identified as the assailant. A warrant was issued for his arrest charging him with second degree assault.

A Class B Felony is punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Bouley’s bail has been set at $5,000 cash or surety pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on January 17, 2013. Bouley
