Man Wreaks Havoc in Custody
Brandon McNeil was so out-of-control police couldn't take a mug shot.

Brandon McNeil, 22, of 246 Main St., Manchester, was arrested March 7 and charged with two counts resisting arrest or detention; and Simple Assault, all Class A Misdemeanors.
Police were called to a downtown residence for an assault at about 1 a.m. McNeil fled on foot as police arrived, but was caught after a foot pursuit. During his arrest McNeil allegedly assaulted two officers by kicking them and was charged with two counts of Simple Assault on a Police Officer, Class A Misdemeanor.
During his transport to the Nashua Police Department, McNeil caused damage to a marked Nashua police cruiser, kicking out the protective cage. While at the Nashua Police Department, McNeil attempted to rip apart a padded holding cell. As a result, McNeil was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief, Class A Misdemeanors.

Further, while in a holding cell, McNeil tampered with the fire suppression system causing alarms to activate and water to be expelled into his cell. McNeil was subsequently charged with Unlawful Interference with Fire Apparatus, Class B Felony.
Each Class A Misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year in jail, exclusive of fines. A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years in State Prison, exclusive of fines. McNeil is being held at the Valley Street Jail and he is scheduled to be arraigned at Nashua District Court on March 8, 2012.
