Man Charged with Robbery of Pizza Delivery Person

Kyle Sullivan of 103 Pine St., Nashua, was arrested Oct. 30 at the
Middlesex County Jail in Billerica, Mass., charged with armed robbery, a class A felony.

On August 14, 2012, at approximately 6 p.m. members of the Nashua Police Department Patrol Division responded to Fletcher Street for a report of an armed robbery of a pizza delivery person.

Members of the Nashua Police Criminal Investigation Division furthered this call and developed Sullivan as a suspect. A warrant was issued for Sullivan’s arrest. Sullivan had been held in Massachusetts on a separate charge. Sullivan is being held at the Nashua Police Department without bail pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on October 31, 2012.
