Man Charged After Stabbing at Hollis Party
Police issued a warrant for Brandon Hanks after the alleged stabbing victim was admitted to St. Joseph Hospital.

A Nashua man was arrested Feb. 12 on a warrant issued by Hollis Police, charging him with stabbing another man at a party in Hollis back in January.
According to a Hollis Police narrative, Brandon Hanks, 21, of Gillis St., Nashua, was picked up by Nashua Police and charged in connection with the following incident:
On Saturday January 19, 2013 at approximately 2 a.m. Hollis Police Department Patrol Division responded to St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua for a report that they were treating an 18 year old male for a stab wound. After an investigation by the Patrol and Detective Divisions, it was determined that the 18 year old victim had been attending a party on Farley Road in Hollis earlier that morning when he became involved in a fight. During that fight the victim sustained a shallow stab wound in his abdomen. The victim was kept overnight at the hospital for treatment and his injuries were not life threatening.

On February 12, 2013 at approximately 10:45 p.m. Hollis Police Department was notified by the Nashua Police Department that they had made an arrest pursuant to a warrant issued in the stabbing case.
Brandon Hanks, 21, of Gillis Street, Nashua, was charged with one count of second degree assault, a class B felony; and one count of reckless conduct, a class B felony. Hanks was arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division and was held at the Valley Street Jail on $25,000 cash/surety bail. He is scheduled for a probable cause hearing on Feb. 21 at 8:15 a.m.

In addition, as a result of the investigation that took place on January 19, Darren Erikson, 26, of 267 Farley Road, Hollis, was issued a summons to appear in the 9th District Division, Nashua District Court on 2/6/13. He was charged with one count of facilitating a drug or underage alcohol party, a class A misdemeanor.
