Man Charged with Theft from Target
Store employees wanted him removed from the property.

Justin Spencer, 25, of 3 Bridge Street apt 7, Nashua, was arrested Sept. 8, charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a class B felony.
Shortly after 7:30 p.m. police were called by an employee of Target on Daniel Webster Highway who reported there was an "undesirable" person they wanted removed from the property, adding that this person allegedly frequently steals from the business.
When officers made contact with the individual, identified as Spencer, it was determined that Spencer was in possession of property allegedly stolen from Target.

A records check showed that Spencer had two prior convictions for theft by unauthorized taking, which elevated the current charge against him to a class B felony.
A class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Spencer is being held at the Nashua Police Department on $5,000 cash or surety bail pending an upcoming arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court September 10, 2012.
