Man Drives Into Pond in Nashua
A man drove into a pond in Nashua today; he escaped before the car became completely submerged.
Nashua, NH — A man drove into a pond at Royal Crest Apartments in Nashua Friday afternoon.
The driver escaped uninjured before his Honda Civic was completely submerged, according to Deputy Fire Chief Glen MacDonald.
"(The man) traveled in reverse over the curb, ran over a Comcast utility box, down an embankment, and into a small pond," MacDonald said in a statement.

Firefighters contained gasoline that leaked into the pond; the Department of Environmental Services was called to the scene and the vehicle was removed from the water.
