Man Stalked Nashua Woman: Police

Nashua police: Thomas Fallon, of Amherst, charged with stalking a local woman.

NASHUA, NH — An Amherst man was arrested in Nashua Monday on stalking and criminal mischief charges, police said. Thomas Fallon, 48, was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment Tuesday in Nashua District Court.

Police said on Monday at about 6:30 p.m., they received a report of a "disorderly male" at a woman's Walnut Street apartment.

"Fallon was located within the apartment and several items within were observed broken," Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter said in a statement.

Police said Fallon was in a relationship with a woman and has a previous stalking conviction out of Milford District Court dating back to last year. He was subsequently charged with felony stalking and four counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief.
