Massachusetts Woman Dies In Everett Turnpike Crash
Courtney Favazzo, of Lowell, crashed her Toyota RAV4 into a tree in Merrimack not far from the Nashua line, New Hampshire State Police said.
MERRIMACK, NH — New Hampshire State Police released the identity of a woman who died after a crash on the Everett Turnpike Wednesday. Courtney Favazzo, 31, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was driving on the southbound side of the highway, south of Exit 10, when she lost control of her 2018 Toyota RAV4, drove off the right side of the roadway, and hit a tree head-on. The crash occurred at just before 1 p.m.
"Favazzo suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Medical Examiner’s Office," said Lt. B. Trask of Troop B.
Traffic was restricted to a single lane for about two hours while the crash scene was cleared and processed.
