The Merrimack Appoints Skarlatos To Lead Nashua Branch

CONCORD, NH — Merrimack County Savings Bank has appointed Irene Skarlatos as branch and business development manager of its Nashua branch.

Skarlatos previously served as a universal banker at the Nashua branch and will now oversee daily operations while focusing on developing and maintaining community connections. Her background includes more than 15 years of leadership, operations, customer service and business management experience, along with banking and client relations experience gained during her tenure as a universal banker.

“We’re excited to welcome Irene back to The Merrimack,” Stephanie Andruss, RVP branch manager for The Merrimack’s Southern Region, said. “Her leadership experience, commitment to customer service and strong connection to the community make her well-suited to lead our Nashua branch.”

Skarlatos said the role was a meaningful step for her professionally and personally.

“What drew me back to The Merrimack was the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals,” she said. “This role aligns with my purpose of serving others and creating a positive impact, which made the decision both personal and rewarding.”

Skarlatos is involved in community events and fundraising activities across Southern New Hampshire. The bank said she lives in Manchester and values building relationships within the community and supporting local businesses.

The Merrimack described the Nashua position as one centered on branch operations and community engagement. The bank also said its "Merrimack Style" means treating customers, employees and community members with dignity, care, respect and compassion.

Founded in 1867, Merrimack County Savings Bank said it serves people, businesses, nonprofits and municipalities in Central and Southern New Hampshire. The mutual savings bank operates offices in Bow, Concord, Contoocook, Henniker, Hooksett, Nashua, and Windham.
