Just before seeing them, other troopers reported that they both sped off from the cash lane in the tollbooth reaching 78 mph, according to the report.
“One operator was seen looking back at the direction of the trooper’s, slowing down to 72 mph before disappearing around the bend, prior to encountering (the trooper),” according to Ferry. “A civilian employee who works at Troop D in Concord also witnessed the two motorcycles speeding and weaving through traffic on I-93 north prior to the Hooksett Toll plaza.”
Both were stopped and arrested. Blais and Neveu were later released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned in Hooksett District Court on Nov. 4.
