Nashua CVS Theft: Suspect Arrested
A recent theft at the Nashua CVS on Main Street resulted in the arrest of Nashua resident Jason Noury, police said.

NASHUA, NH — A convicted Nashua thief was arrested again after hitting the CVS on Main Street last week, police said.
Jason Noury, 40, of 87 Chestnut St., was charged with theft. He has two previous theft convictions, police said.
On Friday afternoon, Noury was captured on security cameras stuffing merchandise in a backpack and flee without paying. Officers located him nearby a short time later and took him into custody, police said.

Noury was held on $250 bail pending an arraignment.
